Last time I blogged I was just coming out of a crazy🤪 time, with one thing after another! BUT I’m pleased to say things are starting to calm down – thank god. I’m much better, mum is home and is on the road to recovery. Thank you so much for all the love! You’re the best 💕

I was super busy last week, ploughing myself back into work – call me crazy but I missed it after a mini health break! I had a varied week though, which I loved! Sometimes it good to switch up the routine and do something a bit different to your usual day to day. I work from home 98% of the time, but last week I drove to Welling to visit the lovely Kristina and her team at her salon 2726 Beauty to teach Brow Lamination. Such a gorgeous salon!!! Real spa vibes 💆 everyone did so well in the course too, little naturals!

Did you know we offer salon training courses? It’s something KG Professionalis proud to offer. I can speak from experience, it can feel frustrating when you pay out to send your team on a training course and they are treated as if they are going to be setting up their own business; eg how much they will earn, setting up their business, pricing their treatments etc 🤦‍♀️. That’s not something we do at KG Professional, we tailor our courses to our customers, we can alsocome to you! The language and topics covered are very much salon focused and we will make more of an emphasis on client retainment, up-selling and selling retail. Oooh, I had my babies sex scan last week 🤰, oh my god it was so hard not to have a sneaky peak! But we’re waiting for our gender reveal on Sunday, can’t wait for that. I was back on the road again on Friday to Cranbrook, Kent to attend the launch of Helens new salon The Foundry, STUNNING. I walked around the salon immensely proud of everything she’s achieved and implemented since we started working together 🥰

It’s not a common occurrence(at least I hope it isn’t!) but they can uncomfortable nevertheless. It’s something I pride my self on being quite good at! Over the years I’ve got dealing with with complaints down to a fine art and I’ll be sharing my tips with you. So make sure you jump on this one!

23RD MAY @ 8PM: Our LIVE Q&A Session. I love these sessions!🙌 Everyone bounces off one another, new ideas get brought to the table with helpful suggestions. There’s nothing better than a bunch of women, all in the same industry coming together as one. There’s no ‘competition’ or judgement. Its all collaboration – and I honestly live for that! So gather your questions ready for me and the group throughout the month and we can go through them all together.
