    Employment contract: This is your contract with your member of staff. It covers everything from their working hours, start date, holiday entailment, termination and everything else in-between.   Employment Handbook: This has everything in that a staff member needs to know. From what time they need to contact you if off sick, disaplinary procedures, not working outside the salon, social media policies and everything in-between. This handbook will cover everything you need.   Training agreement: Make sure you're covered if members of staff leave the salon and owe you training fees.   Key Holder: Document that agrees who has keys to the premises and what happens if they are misplaced.   Letter to employees: Engagement letter agreeing to the contract and handbook.
